Welcome to a space where you are invited to explore, imagine, reconnect, and play...

I am a Pākeha, neurodivergent, and queer registered creative arts therapist and artist based in West Auckland, Tāmaki Makaurau. My approach is led by curiosity, creativity, and understanding; travelling with young people, adults, and their whānau, as they navigate a world that can often feel like too much!

I specialise in working with neurodivergence, LGBTTQIA+ support, identity, and reconnection to creativity. My practice aims to be holistic, person-centred, trauma informed, neuro-affirming, and culturally aware, meeting people from all walks of life, where they are at.

What is Creative Arts Therapy?

Creative Arts Therapy values creative expression and processes as an intrinsic part of human experience and can help us to explore and express what is often difficult to put into words. It is a holistic, person centred and process-based approach, meaning the experience itself has the capacity to facilitate change and insights, and offer experiences of regulation, enjoyment and discovery.

Offerings

1:1 creative arts therapy sessions in person in Titirangi, meeting with children, teenagers and adults.
